For those of you who don't know
I started quilting in May of 2011 and fell in love.
I made some goals for 2012 and I don't think I did half bad! I made a total of nine quilts for 2012!!
My 2012 sewing New Year Resolutions were:
1. Participate in a quilt along - I did the Sew Happy Quilt a long
2. Participate in a bee - I am lucky enough to be a part of Stash Bee As well as Heal do good stitches.
3. Donate a quilt - I donated one baby quilt, one lap quilt that Stash Bee and Heal helped me make, another lap quilt, and several receiving blankets and burp cloths.
4. Make a wonky block quilt - I made the Wonky Donkey Quilt!!
5. Take a formal quilting class - DONE!!
6. Find a guild to join - Well.... I found one... just need to jump in and join it :)
7.
Blog more - Done, although I could do it a little more...
2013 New Years Resolutions:
1. Donate a Quilt
2. Make a tutorial - pattern
3. Continue Charitable Sewing
4. Participate in a blog hop
5. Sell a quilt
6. Expand my shop
7. Make a Wonky Sampler
8. Participate in another quilt a long.
And there we have it.... GOALS. Lets see how I do!! I hope the New Year is good to you!! Happy sewing!!
